This course is aimed for anyone looking to learn the basic skills needed to help someone in an emergency. It is aimed at learner drivers wishing to pass the theory test with the new first aid questions that will come into effect next year, as well as experienced drivers.
This two hour course will cover:
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for Adults
- Recognizing when CPR is needed.
- Performing CPR on adults
- Use of Defibrillator
- Familiarisation and practice in the use of a defibrillator
- Wound Management
- Treating cuts, grazes, and bleeding wounds.
- Applying dressings and bandages.
